At A-Tech, we stand by the quality of our memory modules and offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your system achieves peak performance. If your RAM is incompatible or defective, we provide a streamlined process for replacements or full refunds.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific model of your device to verify compatibility and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the memory modules in their original anti-static bags and use a padded envelope or box to prevent electrostatic discharge or physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package and ship it to our processing center using a trackable shipping method for your protection.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition and serial numbers, we will process your refund or ship your exchange module within 3-5 business days.
